julienned, and sun-dried tomato

lightly packed baby spinach

halved ciabatta rolls
Instructions
Preheat your panini press.
On the bottom half of every ciabatta, place the avocado slices.
Top with the onion, tomatoes, and spinach.
Transfer the sandwiches into the panini press.
Cook for 4 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
