Instructions
In a bowl, toss together the broccoli, chili oil, ground Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, ginger, and salt and black pepper to taste until well coated.
Transfer the seasoned broccoli to the air fryer basket.
Cook at 375°F, shaking the basket halfway through, until the broccoli is lightly charred and tender, about 10 minutes.
Remove the broccoli from the air fryer and serve warm.
