Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and position a rack on the top rung.
In a medium bowl, whisk together tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, oregano, garlic salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to create the pizza sauce.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the cauliflower crusts, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
Top with dollops of Burrata, thinly sliced shallots, and halved cherry tomatoes.
