For the Salmon Filling:

  • 5 large hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ cup canned or freshly cooked salmon flaked
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh dill

For Coating:

  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

Instructies

Prepare the Salmon Filling:

  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
  • Remove the egg yolks and reserve the yolks from 4 halves (store the yolks from 6 halves for other uses).
  • In a medium bowl, flake the salmon with a fork.
  • Add the reserved egg yolks, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and fresh dill.
  • Mix well.
  • Fill the egg whites with the salmon mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Air-Fry the Salmon-Stuffed Eggs:
