Korean-Style Salmon Patties with Spicy Sauce
Bold and crispy salmon patties with a spicy Korean-inspired dipping sauce!

Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 green onions minced
- ½ cup rolled oats
For the Sauce:
- 1 teaspoon rice wine
- 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon gochugaru Korean red chili pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F and lightly grease the basket with cooking oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, egg, garlic, green onions, and rolled oats.
- Knead the mixture with your hands until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into equal-sized patties and place them in the Air Fryer basket.
- Cook the patties for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
- While the patties cook, whisk together rice wine, soy sauce, honey, salt, and gochugaru in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- Serve the warm salmon patties with the spicy sauce on the side.
