- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
Instructies
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, minced parsley, minced thyme, minced garlic, grated lemon peel, salt, lemon-pepper seasoning, paprika, and melted butter.
- Toss until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in the baking pan coated with cooking spray, skin side down.
- Top each salmon fillet with the crumb mixture, patting gently to adhere.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the topping is golden brown and the fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, about 12-15 minutes.
