  • 4 6- to 8-ounce orange roughy fillets
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine softened
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ cup fine dry breadcrumbs

Instructies

  • Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, and place in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
  • Combine softened butter and next 4 ingredients; spread on fish.
  • Top with breadcrumbs.
  • Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
