Ingredients
- 4 cups pitted peeled, chopped apricots
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1½ cups orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cups sugar
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans.
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except nuts.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often, and boil hard for 15–20 minutes, or until thickened.
- Add nuts and boil for 5 minutes more.
- Ladle into clean jars and process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.
