  • 2 12-Ounce Cans Solid White Albacore Tuna In Water, Drained
  • 1 Small Stalk Celery Trimmed And Diced
  • ½ Medium Cucumber Diced
  • 1 8-Ounce Can Water Chestnuts, Drained And Chopped
  • ½ Cup Frozen Chopped Onions
  • ½ Cup Frozen Chopped Green Bell Peppers
  • ½ Cup Slivered Toasted Almonds
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ¾ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Medium Avocados Peeled, Pitted, And Sliced
  • 8 Flatbread Wraps

Instructions

  • In A Medium Bowl, Place Tuna; Flake With A Fork.
  • Add Celery, Cucumber, Water Chestnuts, Onions, Peppers, Almonds, Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, Salt, And Pepper.
  • Mix Well.
  • To Assemble Each Wrap, Layer Avocado Down The Center Of The Flatbread.
