Beef and Vegetable Ramen Skillet

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2-1/2 cups water
- 2 3- oz. packages beef-flavor ramen noodles with seasoning packets
- ½ cup stir-fry sauce
- 3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef; drain.
- Add water, one soup seasoning packet, stir-fry sauce, and frozen vegetables to the skillet.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Break up the ramen noodles and add them to the skillet.
- Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for an additional 5 to 8 minutes or until the sauce is thickened, and the noodles are tender.
- Serve the Beef and Vegetable Ramen Skillet.
