Crab and Corn Pasta
Bring a taste of the sea to Italy with this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 can corn 12 ounce
- 1 can peas 12 ounce
- 1 can diced tomatoes 12 ounce
- 2 tablespoons garlic minced
- ½ cup onion diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 cup imitation crab meat diced
- 1 package spaghetti pasta
Instructions
- Boil the pasta shells.
- Drain several minutes before the pasta is done and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Brown the chicken.
- Remove from heat and set aside. In a bowl, mix the pesto, cheese, and chicken.
- Stuff the mixture into the pasta shells.
