Creamy Tuna-Noodles Casserole

Ingredients
- Egg noodles 5 cups uncooked
- Frozen peas 1 cup
- Undiluted condensed cream mushroom soup 1 can of 10.75 ounces Sour cream fat-free 1 cup
- Parmesan grated cheese 2/3 cup
- 2 % milk 1/3 cup
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Flaked and drained tuna light in water 2 cans (5 ounces) Onion ¼ cup, chopped finely
- Green pepper ¼ cup chopped finely
Topping:
- Soft breadcrumbs ½ cup
- Melted butter 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°
- Cook the noodles (al dente) according to the direction of a package.
- At the last minute, add the peas, then drain them well.
- After this, take a large bowl, add and combine the salt, milk, cheese, sour cream, and soup.
- Then, add onion, tuna, and pepper.
- Add the peas and noodles, toss them to combine.
- Convert it in an 11×7-inch baking dish with the coating of cooking spray.
- Take a small bowl and toss the crumbs of bread with the melted butter.
- Sprinkle it on the top.
- Uncovered and bake it for just 25 to 30 minutes until it gets bubbly, and then enjoy.
