Ingredients

  • Egg noodles 5 cups uncooked
  • Frozen peas 1 cup
  • Undiluted condensed cream mushroom soup 1 can of 10.75 ounces Sour cream fat-free 1 cup
  • Parmesan grated cheese 2/3 cup
  • 2 % milk 1/3 cup
  • Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Flaked and drained tuna light in water 2 cans (5 ounces) Onion ¼ cup, chopped finely
  • Green pepper ¼ cup chopped finely

Topping:

  • Soft breadcrumbs ½ cup
  • Melted butter 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • Cook the noodles (al dente) according to the direction of a package.
  • At the last minute, add the peas, then drain them well.
  • After this, take a large bowl, add and combine the salt, milk, cheese, sour cream, and soup.
  • Then, add onion, tuna, and pepper.
  • Add the peas and noodles, toss them to combine.
  • Convert it in an 11×7-inch baking dish with the coating of cooking spray.
  • Take a small bowl and toss the crumbs of bread with the melted butter.
  • Sprinkle it on the top.
  • Uncovered and bake it for just 25 to 30 minutes until it gets bubbly, and then enjoy.
