Crispy English-Style Flounder Fillets

Ingredients
- 2 flounder fillets
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
- ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the flounder fillets.
- Place the flour in a large pan.
- Whisk the egg with Worcestershire sauce in a shallow bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, lemon pepper, sea salt, and chili powder.
- Dredge each fillet in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Ensure the fish is well-coated on all sides.
- Spritz the Air Fryer basket with cooking spray and place the fillets inside.
- Cook at 390°F for 7 minutes.
- Flip the fillets, spritz with cooking spray again, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite side dish.
