Instructies
Rinse and pat dry the flounder fillets.
Place the flour in a large pan.
Whisk the egg with Worcestershire sauce in a shallow bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, lemon pepper, sea salt, and chili powder.
Dredge each fillet in flour, shaking off excess.
Dip into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
Ensure the fish is well-coated on all sides.
Spritz the Air Fryer basket with cooking spray and place the fillets inside.
Cook at 390°F for 7 minutes.
Flip the fillets, spritz with cooking spray again, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve warm with your favorite side dish.
