Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 pound hake fillets
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground white pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons shallots chopped
- 1 bell pepper seeded and chopped
- ½ cup Cottage cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 egg well whisked
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ½ cup Swiss cheese shredded
Instructions
- Brush the bottom and sides of a casserole dish with avocado oil.
- Place the hake fillets in the dish and season with garlic powder, salt, and white pepper.
- Add chopped shallots and bell peppers evenly over the fillets.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, mustard, and lime juice.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the fish and spread evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Cook the casserole for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
- Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
