- 1 tablespoon dry minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons white sugar or substitute with sweetener of choice for low-carb or keto
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine white sugar, dry minced garlic, powdered black pepper, dried minced onion, dried basil, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, chili powder, dried parsley, ground cumin, and all-purpose flour.
- Stir the ingredients together until well combined.
- Transfer the spice blend to an airtight jar or container for storage.
- Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of the spice blend in your goulash recipe, adjusting to taste.
