Ingrediënten

  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic minced
  • 3 cups tomatoes diced
  • 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
  • 8 ounce can of tomato paste
  • ½ cup of red wine
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons of dried parsley
  • 2 pounds of fresh scallops

Instructies

  • Grease the slow cooker insert.
  • Add the onion, tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste, wine, and herbs to the insert.
  • Cover and cook on low for seven hours.
  • Turn the slow cooker temperature to high and add the scallops.
  • Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
