Instructies
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
Remove and crumble.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
Stir until well combined.
Fold in cooked shrimp, jalapeños, and taco seasoning.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
Top with Monterey Jack cheese and crumbled bacon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
