Instructies
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and pine nuts.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.
Rinse and pat dry the sardines.
Arrange sardines on the baking sheet.
Drizzle remaining olive oil over the sardines.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the sardines.
Season with salt.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until sardines are cooked and breadcrumbs are golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
Serve immediately.
