2110 gram cans skinless, boneless sardines packed in oil, drained
½cupwarmed romesco sauce
Instructies
Place ground pork rinds in a shallow dish.
Roll sardines to coat with ground pork rinds.
Place coated sardines in air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil.
Cook 3 minutes.
Gently flip sardines and cook an additional 3 minutes.
Transfer to a medium serving dish and serve warm with romesco sauce.

How To Make A Quick And Easy Romesco Sauce
Heat the following ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes: 1 (340 gram) jar drained roasted capsicum, ½ cup canned drained diced tomatoes, ½ cup chopped fresh parsley, 2 peeled and halved cloves garlic, ½ cup chopped almonds, ¼ cup olive oil, ¾ tablespoon cooking sherry, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour sauce into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to five days. Makes approximately 2 cups.
