Place fish in air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil.
Cook cod for 10 minutes until opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Transfer cod to two medium plates and serve warm topped with salsa.

Altering This Recipe
The cod can be subbed out for any flaky whitefish, such as coral trout, bass or barramundi. If you want a little more kick, add a pepper such as a jalapeño, diced, to your salsa. And, if you like corriander, switch out the parsley for some of this fresh herb!
