Barramundi is a little meatier than most whitefish, its buttery nature has a melt-in-your mouth texture. Simply seasoned with lemon juice, a little garlic and some fresh parsley, this low-carb fish dish is one for the books.
Preheat air fryer at 190°C for 3 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Rub mixture over tops of fillets.
Place sea bass in ungreased air fryer basket. Cook for 7 minutes.
Transfer barramundi to two medium plates and let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
