Butter or butter spread
Instructions
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Spread Brie cheese on the opposite side of each slice.
Spread a generous layer of Biscoff spread on top of the Brie.
Sandwich the slices together, buttered sides facing outwards.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Cook the sandwich for about 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy the gooey, indulgent goodness!
