Shape mixture into 4 patties.
In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Add patties; cook about 10 minutes, turning once, until light brown.
Top bottom halves of buns with patties, sauce, tomato and lettuce.
Cover with top halves of buns.
