Combine all ingredients except lemon wedges in a medium bowl.
Refrigerate covered 15 minutes.
Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
Cut a piece of baking paper to fit bottom of air fryer basket.
Form chilled mixture into 12 balls, approximately 2 tablespoons each.
Place six balls in ungreased air fryer basket.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Transfer to a large plate and repeat cooking with remaining balls.
Serve warm garnished with lemon wedges.
