Instructions
Prepare Cucumbers:
Cut off the ends of the cucumbers.
Using a vegetable peeler, partially peel the cucumbers, leaving strips of dark and light green.
Cut each cucumber lengthwise into 4 wedges.
Drizzle with Honey:
Arrange the cucumber wedges on a serving plate or in a bowl.
Drizzle the honey evenly over the cucumbers.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle the finely chopped fresh rosemary over the cucumbers as a garnish.
