Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
In a high-speed blender or grinder, grind the whole wheat kernels until you get a fine flour-like consistency.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground wheat flour, water, yeast, oil, and honey.
Mix well until a smooth dough forms.
Pour the dough into an oiled loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until it doubles in size.
Once the dough has risen, place the loaf pan in the preheated oven.
Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes, or until it is golden brown on top and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the loaf pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and serve this Speedy Whole Wheat Bread warm with butter, jam, or your favorite spread.
