Stir in the cumin, blending it with the vegetables for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the rinsed and drained lentils, Homemade Vegetable Broth, diced tomatoes, fresh corn kernels, and Bragg Liquid Aminos to the pot.
Stir to combine.
Cover the pot and bring the soup to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.
Taste the soup and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve the spiced lentil harvest soup hot, garnished with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired.
