Sweet Potato Wedges with Lime-Pepper Salt

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges and toss them with olive oil.
Keep the air fryer temperature at 400°F and set the timer for 15-20 minutes.
Cook the wedges, turning them once halfway through, until they are golden and cooked.
While the sweet potato wedges are cooking, combine lime zest, salt flakes, and crushed red pepper flakes in a small heatproof bowl.
In the last 3 minutes of cooking time, place the lime-pepper salt mixture in the air fryer to allow the lime zest to dry out.
Serve the sweet potato wedges scattered with the lime-pepper salt.
