14 1/2 oz each diced tomatoes, undrained OR 3 cups diced fresh tomatoes

15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions
In a Dutch oven, simmer chopped onion in vegetable broth for 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, dried oregano, sliced carrots, cubed red potatoes, and diced tomatoes.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add black beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, and water.
Cover and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
