  • 910 grams beef bone marrow bones cut into 5cm sections
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and quartered
  • 3 ¾ tablespoons butter softened
  • ¾ tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructies

  • Soak bones in water in a large bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat air fryer at 200°C for 3 minutes.
  • Place bones in ungreased air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12 minutes.
  • Remove from basket and let cool for 10 minutes, then push marrow out of bones with a small knife or chopstick.
  • Add to a food processor with remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth.
  • Place mixture on a piece of plastic wrap.
  • Fold sides in to create a log.
  • Spin ends until log is tight.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  • Both bones have marrow, but bone marrow bones are generally cut into 5cm sections with a visible view of the marrow tunnel, making it easier to cook and retrieve the marrow for butter.
  • Soup bones tend to be longer, sometimes with more meat attached, and are more suited for beef bone broth.

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Divide mixture in half and spread into two pizza pans greased with cooking spray.
  • Place one pizza pan in air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes.
  • Remove pan from basket and repeat cooking with second pan.

CAULIFLOWER RICE

Although pre-made cauliflower rice can be purchased in most produce or frozen food sections, cauliflower rice is actually very easy to make. The easiest way is to simply grate one head of cauliflower on a box grater. You can also place florets in a blender with 1 cup of water and blend until desired consistency. Then simply strain out the water and pat dry with paper towels.

  • cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 28 grams cream cheese room temperature
  • ¾ tablespoon peeled and grated brown onion
  • cup almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructies

  • Preheat air fryer at 190°C for 3 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Form into 12 rectangular mounds (about 1 tablespoon each).
  • Cut a piece of baking paper to fit bottom of air fryer basket.
  • Place six pieces on baking paper in basket.
  • Cook for 9 minutes.
  • Transfer to a medium serving plate and repeat cooking with remaining pieces.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.

Instructies

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add chicken, onion, green chillies, jalapeño and ½ cup Cheddar cheese.
  • Spoon mixture into an ungreased 15cm oven-safe baking dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Instructies

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.

  • Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, toss turnip slices with olive oil and ½ teaspoon salt.
  • Place half of turnip slices in air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil and cook for 6 minutes.
  • Shake basket and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
  • Transfer chips to a medium bowl and repeat cooking with remaining turnip slices.
  • Toss with seasoning mix.
  • Let rest for 15 minutes, then serve.
