For the lamb: Brush the lamb chops with the oil, rub with the garlic, and Spray with the salt and pepper.
Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
For Now, for the sauce: Using medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, horse radish, and brown sugar.
Stir continuously until well mixed.
Set aside half of the sauce for serving.
Spray the basket with vegetable oil spray and Add the chops in the basket.
Set the air fryer25°For 10 minutes, turning the chops halfway through the cooking time.
Move out the chops from the air fryer and add to the bowl with the horse radish sauce, turning to coat with the sauce.
Add the chops back in the basket.
Set the air fryer0°For 3 minutes.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the meat has reached an internal temperature of 145°For medium- rare.
Serve the chops with the reserved horseradish sauce.

± 30 minutes in Air Fryer ± 40 minutes in oven finely chop the garlic.
Mix the olive oil and garlic for making garlic oil.
Brush the rack of lamb with the oil and season with pepper and salt.
Heat the Air Fryer or oven0°C.
Finely chop the nuts and add them into a bowl.
Stir in the breadcrumbs and egg.
Whisk the egg in another bowl.
Coat the lamb by dip the meat into the egg mixture, draining off any excess.
Coat the lamb with the macadamia crust.
Put the coated lamb rack in the oven or Basket and slide the basket into the Air Fryer.
Set the timer for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, increase the temperature0°C
and set the timer for another 5 minutes.
Move out the meat and leave to rest, covered with aluminum foil, for 10 minutes before serving.

Add your veggies to a food processor and pulse a couple times to dice
Sauté your veggies for 5 to 7 minutes with ghee and let cool completely
Season your lamb with super gyro seasoning, turmeric, coriander, cumin, salt and pepper, garlic
Add sautéed veggies to lamb, mix with hands, and form into meatballs
Spray your air fryer rack with avocado oil spray
Add meatballs and cook in air fryer 370 for 15 minutes you can cook in a pan or bake 350 for 20 minutes

Add all the ingredients but cilantro and green onions into the Instant Pot inner pot and close and seal the lid.
Do not cut or separate the lamb chops, cook the whole rack as one unit.
Select the Pressure Cook/Manual button and set the time for 20
minutes on High pressure.
Natural release for 10 to 15 min, next open the stem release valve to release the rest of the pressure.
Move out the lamb set it aside to cool.
To thicken sauce.
Press Cancel next select Sauté and toggle to High.
Stir constantly as the sauce cooks to prevent burning.
Press Cancel once it has thickened.
Pour the sauce into a bowl and clean the inner pot.
Cut the lamb chops away from the rack by slicing between the bones.
If using a Duo Crisp, arrange lamb chops individually in a single layer on the dehydration rack and Add into the cook basket.
Put the cook basket into the cooker pot.
If using a regular Instant Pot with the Air Fryer Lid, put the chops on a trivet in the inner pot.
Brush additional sauce over the lamb chops.
Put the air fryer lid onto the Instant Pot.
Broil at 400°For 5 minutes.
Once they are nicely charred, Move out lamp chops and set aside.
Repeat the process continuously until all of the lamb chops have been broiled.
Serve with chopped cilantro and green onions.

Prep meat by poking a small sharp knife into the flesh every 5
or so centimeters and Put in alternative bits of Egg and sliced Garlic next cover in Salt and Pepper.
Put aside to cook after Veggies.
Cut Sweet Potato in chunky wedges, coat in a little oil and Salt and Cook either in a tray in the base or in the basket for 10 minutes on 200 C.
Turnover/shake and do another 10 minutes continuously until done to your liking.
Wrap Carrots in foil with a little Butter and Salt and cook it for 30 minutes on 200 C.
Spuds I just cubed and did them with some oil, Egg and Garlic on 200 C for 30 minutes shaking every 10 or so minutes.
Timing depends on how big or small you cut your Potatoes.
In a 20x20cm foil tray I break up the leftover Garlic and Egg and use this as a base for the Lamb to rest on.
I’ve started cooking my roasts a little longer and slower.
This piece of meat took one hour on 160 C and next an additional 10 minutes on 200 to crisp up the top.
Was cooked to perfection the way we like it with an inside temperature of 65 C.
Let it rest covered in foil or 15 minutes while you put all the veg back in to heat up along with the peas on 180 F.

Add the hazelnuts in the Air Fryer, close the lid and cook it for on manual mode at 160C for 10 minutes.
Move out the hazelnuts from the Air Fryer, and set them aside.
Using large bowl, mix the lamb strips with the hazelnut oil, and season generously with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Add the mint leaves, then seasoned lamb on the handle side of the Air Fryer pan, and scatter the toasted hazelnuts on top.
Add peas on the other side of the pan, pour the wine and water over the ingredients, and close the lid.
Cook on mode 7- wok for 25 minutes.
Once ready, Move out the ingredients from the pan and Add on a serving dish.
Spray additional fresh mint leaves if you like and serve straight away with your favorites side dishes.

Heat oven0C.
Heat Air Fryer0C.
Add Dutch carrots and potato into a baking tray.
Season.
Cook it for 30 min.
Rub the lamb with egg, garlic, oil and onion flakes smoothly.
Heat a small frying pan and sear the sides till brown.
Season lamb well.
Add foil and baking paper in Air Fryer to cover the bottom of the tray.
Add lamb and cook it for 15 to 20 min for medium, with the sweet potato.
Take the carrot and potato out of the oven, Add foil to keep warm.
Drain the green peas.
Make the gravy according to the packet.
Take the lamb out and rest for 5 to 10 min.
Cover with foil.
Cook the sweet potato for additional 10 min.
Once the sweet potato is done, take it out and mix with carrot and potato.
Slice the lamb into even portion and serve with the vegetables and gravy.

Heat the Air Fryer0 degree Celsius.
Season lamb rack with salt and freshly milled black pepper.
Set aside.
Using large bowl, Combine dry breadcrumbs, grated garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, cumin seeds, cumin, oil and grated lemon rind.
In a separate large bowl, beat an egg with a fork.
Dip the lamb rack into the egg and coat with the spiced breadcrumbs, forming a crust.
Add the coated lamb rack in the Basket and slide the basket into the Air Fryer.
Set the timer minutes.
After 25 minutes, increase the temperature0 C and set the timer for another 5 minutes.
Move out the meat from the Air Fryer and leave it to rest, covered with aluminium foil for 10 minutes before serving.
